The initial showroom visit
Stop in to begin looking at product choices. At your convenience, visit one of our 4 Showrooms or schedule a complimentary design consultation.
The In-Home Measure
This is when we will take exact measurements, if warranted, offer suggestions and solutions, answer any questions you may have, and explain the next steps.
The Quote
Depending on the size and scope of your project, we will email you a hard quote that day or within 2-3 days. (Most quotes are emailed to you on the day of the In-Home Measure or by the next day).
Quote Review
Our quotes show all materials and services in an itemized format. We encourage you to reach out to us with any questions. We 100% believe transparency and communication are the keys to starting the process off on the right foot!
Project Execution
Once you approve the quote and confirm your final products, it's time to place your order.
Scheduling the Installation
Once we receive an ETA on your materials, we will go ahead and schedule your installation date.
Preparing for the Big Day
Your Designer and/or your Sales Rep will communicate reminders and important points throughout steps 5-8. You will also receive a phone call from our Installation Manager 1-3 days before your start date, confirming our Installer's arrival time and details.
Installation Begins
Once our Installers arrive, they will walk the job and assess the areas. Please keep all children and pets away from all workspaces.
