OUR 7-STEP RENOVATION ROADMAP

1

Showroom Design Consultation

Scheduling time for this appointment is crucial. You and a Brian's designer will meet to discuss your vision, the scope of your project, and begin the process of designing your product palette.

1

2

In-Home Consultation

A Brian's Project Manager will visit your home to take measurements, clarify the scope of your project, talk next steps, and take photos so that we may curate your quote. Quoting may take us from 2 days up to 1 week.

2

3

Final Selections

During this time, all products will be selected and finalized. If any changes or additions are needed within the total scope of work, those will also be finalized and we'll define the timeline of each phase within the project.

3

4

Quote Approval

Once you approve your project's quote, you'll sign your project agreement and pay 60% of the total project balance. Any project over $25,000.00 is subject to a draw schedule if not financed. The final payment is due on the day of completion.

4

5

Operation Green Light

Products will be ordered, the operational timeline begins to take shape, trades and installations are scheduled, and job readiness forms are discussed, reviewed, and signed. These forms must be signed before your project begins.

5

6

Project Commences

It's GO TIME! You will receive a call from our Installation Manager 1 to 3 days prior to your start date. He'll let you know what time to expect our installation crews and any necessary reminders. Throughout your job, you'll see your Project Manager several times.

6

7

Job Completion And Punch

Once your project is completed, you and your Project Manager will walk the job and create a punch list, if needed. If there is punch to tend to, on the day of completion and if applicable, your final balance is expected to be paid.
